Chuck Dolan

photoChuck Dolan is Head Estimator for MEC Electrical Contractors. Chuck regularly works on big ticket projects exceeding $500,000. Some of the major electrical jobs he's been involved with include work done for Constant Contact, Benchmark Healthcare, Metrowest Medical Center, Lowell General Hospital, Winchester Hospital, as well as several Boston Properties offices.

As Head Estimator, Chuck has vast experience in gathering all the elements of potential jobs and proposing precise bid numbers. Regardless of how complicated a particular electrical job may be, he can readily assess what's needed for labor, supplies, equipment, logistics, and coordination with other trades, then provide an accurate cost estimate.

Prior to joining MEC, Chuck worked many years for a defense contractor, where his primary responsibility was acquiring research and development contracts for the company. This work entailed similar skills and experience as Chuck's current position as Head Estimator.

Chuck earned a B.S. in Economics from Bentley University in 1978, and he also obtained a Project Management Certificate from Purdue University in 2006 and holds an OSHA 10 Hour Certificate. Chuck earned an Associates Degree in Commercial Photography from the New England School of Photography.

Away from the office, Chuck enjoys radio control flying and photography.
