Joseph Vaccari

Vice President

photoJoseph Vaccari is Vice President of MEC Technologies, overseeing day-to-day operations of the company, as well as exploring and pursuing business development opportunities.

Joe joined the company in 2009 following an eight-year tenure as a high-level manager for a telecommunications, audio visual, and security systems company where he was responsible for the development and steady growth of the low voltage cabling division. He also served as a wireless engineer for a computer network company.

Joe has earned the following professional certifications: Extron Designer; OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA Confined Space; ASHE Construction; and STI Firestopping Design and Installation.

In 1998, Joe obtained a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a licensed electrician and licensed security contractor in Massachusetts. Early in his career, Joe served as an electrician's apprentice. He is an active member of the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI).

Joe enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

MEC Technologies was contracted to install our voice and data cabling infrastructure, as well as our audio/visual systems. The project had an aggressive construction schedule that MEC met, while at the same time complying with all standards of the specifications and responding to last minute changes in the scope of work.
