Warranties

MEC Technologies is a Certified Installer for most major telecommunications manufactures including Ortronics connectivity, Ber-Tek Cable, Mohawk cable, Corning Fiber Systems, Amp connectivity, B-Line and Chatsworth racking and trays, STI fire-stopping, and EXTRON audio visual equipment.

Most product installations will be warranted for 25 years. During this period, if any failure occurs due to improper installation or termination, the customer will incur no cost.

This warranty states the system shall meet all performance standards as well as being free from defects for the next 25-years from the date of acceptance.

MEC Technologies, LLC, at the authorization of a client, will set up a maintenance agreement for yearly testing of existing horizontal and vertical cabling, revision of as-built drawings for moves, adds, and changes that may have been performed, cable auditing, and rack/cabinet clean up.

Audio Visual maintenance contracts can also be provided in addition to warranties for lamp replacements, system calibrations, and firmware upgrades.
